Some Apples and a FIVE year-old!

Kennedy is in 'high five' preschool this year.  It's designed for the five year-olds that can't go to kindergarten yet.  She has officially ended daily naps because preschool is everyday and during the time she would normally nap.  I'm glad she had such a good run with naps...can't ask for much more!  She is defnintely ready for bed by 8pm now!

 Family day at the armory in Nebraska City!  It happened to be Apple Jack days there as well so we have a long, fun-filled day!

Some Summer Fun!

Grandpa Harvey, Grandma Ann Marie, Ashton and Connor met us for some Adventureland fun!  It was a good speed for the kids and now we know what to expect for next year when we go again.  We also hit the Iowa State Fair the following day. It was an exhausting but FUN weekend!

 A trip to the zoo...first time all season!

 We knew it was going to rain so I brought some trash bags...they worked perfectly for the girls!

 Our old friend, Caleb is turning 40 in December so his wife threw him an early surprise party.  It has been about eight years since we've seen them so Chris and I made the super quick Friday through Sunday trip to Indy.  Mom and dad watched the girls and we hit the highway!
